My parents came into town on Tuesday. We have been on the go since they arrived. Wednesday I worked in the morning then we went to the mall, Thursday we walked around downtown Chicago (in the pouring rain) today we went on a tour of the Naval Base, lunch and then to dinner and the mall. Grandma wanted to buy the girls some winter clothes. Oh yes the weather is starting to change here in Great Lakes. It was 90' on Tuesday and then today a high of 65'. Winter is just around the corner! YIKES!!
It was a great visit with my parents. They ate deep dish pizza and Chicago hot dogs. You can't leave Chicago without doing both. Coming from a close family it's always hard to say goodbye not knowing when I will see them again. On that teary note I will end here.
