Our Turkey!! This year my husband was home for Thanksgiving. It was the first Thanksgiving he has been home for in 3 years. Chris really has been making an effort to cook more and has become great friends with the Food Channel. Chris was excited to do as much as possible for our dinner and he certainly did... not only did he create a great rub of butter onions and garlic but he went the extra yard of massaging the turkey for about 10 minutes to make sure it was good and ready for cooking. (We did a breast only- no one eats the dark meat so why bother) He also assisted in a lot of the side items as well as carved the turkeys. (I had a boneless breast as well)
