Brownie Cupcakes- A MUST BAKE!!

This recipe was given to me by my MIL and let me tell you.... GREAT!! I baked 4 boxes today and froze them for the girls Halloween Parties on Friday. I also decorated them with a Halloween candy decoration that I bought at the craft store. Print this and save it. I'm not kidding when I tell you they are easy and yummy!

Brownie Cupcakes:

  • 1 package Pillsbury Family size Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Use muffin cup liners. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs and water. Stir until just mixed. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. The tops should be shiny and slightly soft to the touch. Makes about 12 cupcakes

I'm gonna try these for Anna Kate's Halloween party this week...yum yum! Thanks for the recipe ~ Did yall get snow? My sister called today & they did get some snowflakes (maybe more). Hope you had a better Monday.
