Here we are the middle of October. Okay well it's October 11th. But still every week that passes means another week closer to the winter I am dreading.
The weather in Chicago is throwing us for a loop. Today it's suppose to be 72' tomorrow 78'. I don't get it. I am happy with the nice fall weather but when it hits 20' I'm not going to be too happy.
Things are good. We had a very busy week again! It seems the weeks fly by between soccer practice, dance class, girl scouts and everything else that comes up during the week. Tomorrow we are going to 6 Flags for the day. With the beautiful weather why not take advantage. Today is a crazy Saturday. Soccer practice, then Emily has a birthday party to go to and Lindsey needs a hair cut sometime today. Then we have dinner and game night at our friends house tonight. It's nice to have something to look forward to and game night is going to be the highlight of our winter when the snow falls.
I am happy to announce that Lindsey is in a Halloween Play. It's not a short play either. It is a big play and she is one of the main characters with a ton of lines to learn. We also have to squeeze that in this weekend to practice.
Chris started decorating for Halloween. I bought some purple & Orange lights yesterday. (they look like pink) He is trying to make our house look festive. I'll post pictures when all is finished.
